Code is AGPL-3.0, data is ODbL 1.0 + reciprocity. A public dump means SkipDB can never be made proprietary or shut down with the data held hostage.
Stream-aware matching
Optional per-submission stream duration lets SkipDB compare versions and smart-shift timestamps when a stream has an extra logo or scene at the start.
No account needed to submit
Generate an API key without signing up to submit, edit, or delete your own timestamps — no email, no password. Submissions are still linked to avoid abuse, allowing for bulk removal.
